I finally pulled the trigger and bought a CNC machine.  I noticed at art shows, shoppers were always looking for bargains.  The only way for me to introduce new items at a lower cost was to use a CNC to "mass" produce.  After looking at the different machines, I chose an X-Carve from  https://www.inventables.com/.  I found a used one on FaceBook.

I'll be honest, learning the software and operating the X-Carve has been challenging.  I struggled and scoured the internet trying to fix issues.  SInce I bought it used, I didn't think I could get phone support.  Ready to sell the machine, I put in a call to customer support.  They answered on the second ring, took control of computer and the X-Carve and did a full reset.  They guided me through the setup and in 15 minutes I was up and running after struggling for days.  Real  human customer service, how rare is that today in a new world of chat bots and AI?  After a couple of weeks, I got a call from Inventables asking my thoughts on their software and what improvements I'd like to see.  How cool is that?
